- 455 g pasta any kind you prefer boiled
- 1/2 cup water
- cup or about 300 grams cauliflower, chopped
- Cup N about 205 grams pumpkin cut into cubes
- Cup carrots or about 120 grams cut in circles
- Two cups or 480 ml milk
- Two cups or about 200 grams cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese or about 115 g

In a saucepan over medium heat, add both the water and the chopped vegetables with a pinch of salt. Cover the pot and leave to be well cooked vegetables. When the vegetables are cooked, add them to the blender and add a little water if needed. You can also use the hand blender.
